- Confident Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

Nice to have’s
Previous finance, accounts or administrative experience
Experience working within a busy office environment
So, what will you be doing?
- Processing cash receipts
- Uploading finance data and documentation
- Assisting with payment runs
- Contacting customers and suppliers to obtain missing or incorrect information
- Reviewing, cleansing and maintaining finance data
- Accurately inputting and updating records
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
- Assisting with ongoing finance projects as required
Helpful extras
Office-based during the initial training period, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid working pattern once fully trained
