Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, based in Bishops Cleeve, has an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis due to business growth.
The successful Administrator should have:
Experience using systems.
Background in a fast-paced business support or administrative role.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
In this role, the Administrator will be responsible for:
Acting as the main point of contact for contract queries and issues across service lines
Reviewing and maintaining contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and correct costing
Updating and managing contract records within the ERP system
Coordinating contract changes, collections, and extensions with customers and internal teams
Supporting operations, transport planning, and wider business functions with contract-related tasks
