Must Have’s
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Confident managing customer orders from entry to delivery
Nice to Have’s
- Experience in logistics, order fulfilment, or invoicing
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP software, Salesforce would be desirable
What you’ll be doing
- Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams to track shipments and delivery timelines
- Maintain and update customer and order information
- Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and updates
- Support invoicing and reporting tasks as needed
