Based at their Cheltenham office, our client is looking to recruit a friendly, positive and highly organised individual who is self-motivated, proactive and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
-Build and develop relationships with prospective domestic and commercial customers
-Liaise with existing clients, providing updates and helping to manage expectations throughout their customer journey
-Maintain accurate customer records and update information on the company's CRM system
-Contact previous customers to obtain feedback, encourage online reviews and support ongoing marketing initiatives
-Provide administrative support to the Accounts department, including data entry and filing
-Carry out a range of general office administration duties to support the wider team

Candidate Attributes:
-Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
-Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
-A proactive, organised and positive approach to work.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems.
-Ability to prioritise a varied workload and maintain accurate records.

Hours: Monday – Friday, full or part time hours between 8:30am – 4:30pm

Salary & Benefits: £13 – £15 per hour depending on experience, company pension scheme, 24 days annual leave + bank holidays and overtime opportunities available
