The Role
As Design Process & Planning Admin Assistant, you will support delivery of the CEO’s product vision. You will contribute to everything from data analysis to consumer research and be accountable for operational tasks such as systemic data management (PLM), sample management and other administrative duties that support the smooth running of the department. In this agile, fast-paced environment, you’ll work cross-functionally to share product knowledge, playing a vital role in ensuring the product strategy is successfully executed.

You Will
Manage the PLM system, maintaining accurate, and up-to-date, product information from concept to launch
Own sample management and meeting preparation for all sign offs and product reviews
Manage the day-to-day administration tasks to ensure our critical path deadlines are met and processes run at a timely manor
Help support in the creation of the global product range plan and range overviews, which translates the product strategy into a clear, actionable plan for the business 
Act as a key product link across all business functions inc Merchandising, Ecom, Wholesale, VM, and Marketing

You Are
Flexible and forward-thinking, with the ability to work well within a team and cross-functionally
Proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities, with the ability to remain resilient and calm under pressure
Analytical with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform decision-making
Equipped with strong communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Meticulous and detail oriented. Skilled at capturing accurate meeting minutes, documenting key points and actions
Engaged and ready to contribute actively to all tasks as needed
Able to use Microsoft Excel and PLM systems
