Lettings Co-ordinator
Cheltenham
Morgan Associates is a well-established independent lettings and estate agency based in Cheltenham. We are looking for a highly organised Lettings Co-ordinator to join our team and support the smooth running of our busy lettings department.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our lettings office runs efficiently and professionally.
This includes:
- Handling tenancy administration from initial enquiry through to move-in
- Processing tenant applications, references, and Right to Rent checks
- Liaising with landlords and tenants on applications, negotiations, and agreements
- Maintaining accurate records on our lettings software and updating our website
- Coordinating property advertising, viewings, and feedback
- Assisting with property boards, utility notifications, and compliance documents
- Providing first-class customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using property management software (training provided)
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy office environment
- Professional, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player, willing to assist colleagues where needed
- Previous lettings or property administration experience is preferred but not essential
Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–12.30pm)
Location: Cheltenham office
