The Role
We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to support the Samples and Post operations in Cheltenham.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager Samples & Post, you will be responsible for all data and administration related tasks for the samples operation, you will also manage the booking of parcel shipments and the commercial invoices for outbound international shipments.
A key part of the role will be to provide operational support for the warehouse and library teams so experience of operating a forklift truck, or the willingness to complete a forklift operator training course is desired.
You Will
Provide cover for the Logistics Manager if required.
Assist the Warehouse, Post and Library teams, including movement of stock and equipment with a forklift.
Manage all reporting for the samples and post operations.
Manage the invoicing of SMS seasons to showrooms.
Manage the booking of all outbound parcel shipments.
Monitor and chase inbound Samples shipments.
Process stock requests for DC stock from Head Office teams.
Raise PO’s for supplier invoices and track samples budget and spend.
Manage the commercial invoices for all international shipments.
Provide analysis for carrier tender activity.
Provide support for any issues with eth Samples Warehouse Management System.
Have the ability to work with cross functional teams on projects.
