• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
• Writing engaging candidate profiles and shortlists
• Building talent pools for current and future vacancies
• Developing strong relationships with candidates throughout their job search
• Managing candidate communications and interview arrangements
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies
• Maintaining accurate records on recruitment systems
• Proactively identifying high quality talent in the local market
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
