What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide day-to-day admin support for the National Account Managers, including diary organisation, meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Keep customer records, documents, and account information accurate and up to date.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, data packs and other documents for customer meetings.
• Help respond to customer queries by gathering information from internal teams.
• Assist with sample requests, new product forms, pricing updates and product changes.
• Track product delists, replacements and order form updates.
• Produce simple KPI reports, sales summaries and other regular updates.
• Maintain spreadsheets and internal systems with customer details and activity notes.
• Monitor out-of-stocks and communicate updates to National Account Managers and customers.
• Support new account setup and ensure systems are updated correctly.
• Help gather product data sheets, allergen/nutritional info, and technical documents.
• Assist with tender admin, pricing inputs and basic project tasks as required.

What You’ll Bring
• Strong admin skills with good attention to detail.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different departments.
• Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage several tasks at once.
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Comfortable learning new systems and following set processes.
Nice to Have
• Experience in a National Account Support, Sales Support, or Customer Service Administrator role.
• Exposure to foodservice, FMCG or similar environments.
