We are a seeking a highly organised proactive Contracts & Pre Construction Administrator to support
our contracts & pre construction teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong
administration skills and experience in construction or project environment to play a key role in ensuring projects are set up for success from the outset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To maintain organised digital & physical filing systems
  • To prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes & other basic documentation
  • To support in the creation of job packs, RAMS, O&M files & site documentation
  • To maintain accurate records of H&S documentation, toolbox talks & site inductions
  • To update the tender tracker & assign a project number
  • Create tender return summary / breakdown
  • Complete drawing take offs for materials
  • Use a scale ruler to measure pipe work & or ductwork & accurately record measurements on file
  • To count & record all equipment required for design build projects from technical drawings & record

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five GCSE’s grade A-C including Maths, English &
Science. Have experience of working in a similar role, possess outstanding organisational skills, be an
excellent communicator & have a strong working knowledge of MS Office. The desire to work towards a
technical qualification i.e. CAD & be willing to undertake training will be advantageous to your
application.
