Responsibilities:
- Work with Business Manager to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels
- Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users’ needs and aspirations
- To work alongside the Registered Manager ensuring that all quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptly
- Taking on new care packages, both social services funded and private
- Completing risk assessments and developing effective care plans tailored to clients’ needs
- Monitoring and reviewing support packages, including oversight of daily documentation
- Providing supervision to support workers
- Overseeing Annual Leave
- To be willing to delegate tasks to Lead Carers
- To provide care services to clients in an emergency, arrange emergency cover, and cover any calls where required
- Communicating confidently with clients, families, staff members, and other professionals
- To ensure that the telephones are answered promptly, and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner
- Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work towards achieving the highest possible care standards
Whilst previous healthcare experience is highly advantageous it is not essential. This is a role for someone who is confident, organised, and ready to step into a position with real responsibility and impact.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9 to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
Salary - £14.00 per hour + company-issued mobile phone, ongoing support and professional development, an additional day of annual leave for your birthday, and performance bonuses for those who consistently excel.
