Hewer FM Ltd are seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator to assist the Mechanical & Electrical Team with Contracts.
 

Main Duties:
• Logging new mechanical & electrical enquiries, setting up tender folders and collection of documents to assist the Contracts Managers with the tendering process.
• Collation of pre-contract information and setting up contract files.
• Produce & develop programmes for contracts, with the help of Contracts Managers.
• Track and manage submission of M&E Drawings, maintaining drawing registers.
• Assist with the distribution of project information to field operatives.
• Raise purchase orders, create and maintain procurement schedules to monitor project spend.
• Logging & distribution of purchase invoices.
• Create, submit & monitor payment applications, in-line with payment schedules; Raise sales invoices.
• Produce O&M Manuals for project handover.
• Use of MS Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects; Sage 50 Accounts Professional.

Skills/Qualifications:
Good telephone manner, writing skills, verbal communication and written communication; Attention to Detail; Exceptional organisation skills. 
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, or equivalent.

Previous experience working for a Facilities Management/Building Services company is desirable but not essential.
