Fundraising Officer

Gloucester

Due to internal development, we are excited to be partnering up with Linc, a local charity, in search of a brand new permanent Fundraising Officer to join their team in central Gloucester.

Hours: 30h per week – split across 4 or 5 days (up to you!) flexible start/finish times – must include Fridays

- NEST Pension scheme
- Immaculate, brand new serviced office environment

- Employee assistance programme

In this role, previous charity or fundraising experience is absolutely non-essential- what matters most is your enthusiasm and motivation towards the mission of the charity, which will naturally translate to a successful Fundraising Officer.

Linc’s mission is to support blood cancer patients and their families, funding Clinical Psychologists within Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, as well as a clinical trial nurse who helps patients access innovative trials.  The charity is going from strength to strength with two charity shops, a new HQ, the release of their upcoming 5 year strategy, a free counselling service launched and circa £20,000 raised in Blood Cancer Awareness month this September; a massive achievement for a team of their size, but reflects the passion and dedication of the team.

This is not the sort of organisation where you are just a number, but a highly valued employee where you have the autonomy to make decisions and contribute ideas, surrounded by an absolutely lovely, down to earth, good humoured, friendly and social team where you will be supported in your role and given all the tools to succeed!
