An opportunity for an ambitious office administrator to join a small family run company

The successful candidate will have prerequisite skills and qualifications that typically include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills.
  • Prior experience of working in an office environment.
  • IT literate and be confident using a range of programmes including Sage.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize their workload effectively. Customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues. Able to work solely and as a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.
  • Opportunity for advancement into a management position.

Full time position but part-time considered

As this is an Engineering company, candidates from a technical background are preferred

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gloucester, GL2 5DQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
