Office Junior
Gloucester
Hewer FM Ltd are seeking a full-time Office Junior to assist the Mechanical & Electrical Team with Administration of Contracts.
Main Duties:
- Taking phone calls & forwarding messages.
- Create and help to populate engineers work planners.
- Assist with producing programmes for contracts.
- Assist with creating and updating procurement schedules.
- Update database systems.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Create sales invoices.
- Process/organise purchase invoices for the relevant managers.
- Typing of letters and quotations.
- Plotting drawings.
- Compile tender documents ready for managers to price.
- General scanning and filing.
- Use of MS Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects; Sage 50 Accounts Professional.
Skills/Qualifications:
- good telephone manner,
- writing skills,
- verbal communication and written communication.
- attention to Detail.
- exceptional organisation skills.
This is a great opportunity for a school / college leaver wanting to start acareer in Business Administration.
Full training will be given.
The successful candidate will be put through an apprenticeship programme.
