Mitchells (Gloucester) Limited is a well-established mechanical services company specialising in air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and HVAC solutions across the commercial, healthcare and industrial sectors.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our friendly office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised and takes pride in providing excellent administrative support.
The Role
Your day will include a wide variety of administrative duties, including:
• Processing engineers’ work tickets and job sheets
• Scheduling and coordinating engineers’ site visits
• Updating company computer systems and job records
• Checking completed paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Answering telephone calls and assisting customers professionally
• Supporting the service and administration teams with day-to-day activities
• General office administration
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Is organised with excellent attention to detail
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Can prioritise work and manage several tasks at once
• Works well as part of a team whilst also being able to use their own initiative
• Has a positive and professional attitude
• Is proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Is comfortable learning new computer software and systems
Previous experience within the air conditioning or engineering industry is not essential. Full training will be provided on our systems and procedures.

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours Per Week: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
