With exciting plans for the future, they are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis as an Order Administrator.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be a core member of the team, and will be responsible for monitoring projects and orders- from initial enquiry and quotation, all the way through to delivery, acting as a point of contacts for all updates.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue sales quotes through the internal business platform, ensuring deadlines are consistently met and service benchmarks are upheld.
- Act as a point of contact via telephone and email for relevant enquiries.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales staff to provide accurate responses to client queries.
- Support customer engagement by keeping them informed at every phase of their order, maintaining clear and regular communication.
- Monitor undelivered shipments by liaising with logistics partners or suppliers and proactively update clients on progress and resolutions.
- Keep company system up to date with new information.
- Process customer orders with precision, adding project milestones and ensuring daily follow-ups are conducted.
- Assist with product education, helping customers better understand available offerings.
- Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of product samples, working closely with the sales team to fulfil client needs.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm (4.30pm finish on a Friday!) – Office based
Salary: £26,700 - £27,000 + benefits including:
