Sales Support Executive

So, what will you be doing?

• Supporting the Commercial & Sales Team with system inputs to enable fast and accurate ways of working
• Managing reporting to cross-check promotional plans and pricing, identifying and resolving gaps
• Processing pack changes
• Completing customer new line forms, pack changes and account setup documentation
• Liaising with commercial teams to ensure customer-specific one pagers and product specification sheets are delivered on time
• Working with account managers and customer solutions to resolve pricing mismatches on orders
• Collaborating with supply and demand teams to provide insight into supply issues
• Building customer knowledge by attending customer meetings with account managers
• Presenting updates at team meetings, both online and in person
