Purpose of the Role
To inform, inspire, and support customers through high-quality demonstrations of Everhot
products in the showroom or via virtual means, while ensuring a seamless and professional
customer experience from initial enquiry through to product delivery and installation. The
role combines showroom presentation, customer service, scheduling, and administrative
responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Product Demonstration

  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations in the showroom and virtually.
  • Inspire and advise customers, offering creative ideas and insights into the Everhot product range.
  • Respond to telephone and online enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Send out brochures and follow up with potential customers.
  • Maintain excellent showroom presentation, ensuring a welcoming, picture-perfect environment at all times.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming visitors and phone calls to the site.
  • Manage communications regarding bookings, changes, and after-sale support.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly manner when interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Liaise with customers and delivery sub-contractors to coordinate seamless installations and deliveries.

Delivery Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule all Everhot product deliveries in alignment with production capacity and customer expectations.
  • Liaise with 3rd-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Everhot service standards and SLAs.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication between all involved parties throughout the delivery process.

Administration & Office Support

  • Become proficient in the use of CRM systems to manage customer records and orders.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized customer files and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post daily.
  • Undertake a variety of general administrative tasks to support the showroom and wider business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
