A102 Access to Learning Administrator

The Access to Learning Administrator plays a key role in ensuring students receive timely, effective support by managing all Learning Support referrals, accurately logging enquiries, and progressing them efficiently. You will coordinate assessments and appointments, maintain up-to-date records on ProMonitor, and act as the first point of contact for learners, families, and staff, providing clear guidance. The role also involves supporting Access Arrangements through evidence gathering, documentation, and compliance with JCQ regulations, while working closely with curriculum teams and external agencies to ensure the right support is in place. Alongside general administration, you will support meetings and occasionally assist with exam invigilation, making this a varied and impactful role.
About You
- GCSE Grade C/Level 2 in English and Maths, or willingness to work towards it.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Office 365 to manage information and admin tasks.
- Recent experience in an administrative role within a customer‑focused environment.
