About this Role section
Support accurate daily attendance recording, identify absence patterns, and work with families to improve attendance. Communicate expectations clearly, analyse data, and share insights with leaders. Follow safeguarding procedures, collaborate with teams and partners, and provide general administrative support within the SEND and pastoral team.
About You
-Experience supporting and communicating with young people with SEMH needs
-Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail; able to see tasks through to completion
-Experience working with parents and external agencies
-Confident using Microsoft applications
-GCSE English (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
