Immediate start: Admin and Customer Service Coordinator

Cheltenham up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Company

Our client is an established organisation within the green energy sector, focused on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin and Customer Service Coordinator, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and supporting wider business objectives.

The Role

This is a pivotal position where you'll provide comprehensive support to the Operations Director, helping to streamline workloads and ensure the seamless coordination of projects.

You'll be central to the business managing communications, coordinating activities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support Support the day-to-day running of the administration function, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Communication Liaison Act as a key point of contact between the Operations Director and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Project Coordination Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring documentation is maintained and deadlines are met.

  • Process Improvement Identify and support improvements to operational processes to increase efficiency.

  • Document Management Maintain accurate, organised records and ensure all documentation is easily accessible.

  • Planning & Coordination Coordinate projects, teams, and customer liaison to support operational delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative, finance or office-based customer service environment

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

  • An interest in sustainability or green energy is desirable

Salary: £30,000 Annual +

Hours Per Week: Full Time
