About the Role
You’ll often be the first voice our clients hear, so we’re looking for someone who’s warm, professional, and confident on the phone. From managing calls and inboxes to supporting a range of daily admin tasks, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands-on role—perfect for someone who takes pride in staying organised, enjoys taking ownership of their day, and genuinely loves helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the friendly, organised presence at the heart of our Longlevens branch
- Acting as the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries.
- Booking and managing appointments for viewings, valuations, and measure-ups.
- Registering new clients and applicants with care and accuracy.
- Matching applicants to suitable properties and sharing tailored recommendations.
- Keeping our property database up to date with accurate, timely information.
- Gathering and relaying viewing feedback to sellers.
- Updating systems when properties exchange or complete.
- Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative and office duties.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s approachable, proactive, and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
- A confident, friendly phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, etc).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in estate agency, recruitment, or a supporting admin role within a sales team is a bonus — but not essential.We also welcome applicants from similarly paced, customer-focused industries such as retail, hospitality, property management, or financial services.
