An exciting opportunity to join a warm, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. Our client, who have a niche client base, are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join their team in Mitcheldean on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide administrative and operational support across Payroll, Collections, Legal and Risk, ensuring information is accurate, processes are followed and any complex issues are escalated appropriately.

To be considered, you will need to be highly organised, accurate and have a great eye for detail, with the ability to handle confidential information and work across multiple teams. A willingness to learn is essential, with opportunities for progression and personal development available.

Responsibilities:
-Provide general administrative support across the Payroll, Collections, Legal and Risk teams.
-Maintain accurate worker, payroll, client and account records across internal systems.
-Assist with routine payroll administration and timesheet documentation.
-Support with updating records, allocating received payments and maintaining accurate notes following client contact.
-Assist with monitoring outstanding balances and follow-up actions to support debt recovery.
-Assist with client due diligence and the preparation and approval of invoices.
-Support the preparation of legal bundles by collating and organising the required documentation.
-Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with internal teams and external parties.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary & Benefits:
-£12.71 per hour
-22 days annual leave (increases over time) plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday
