Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support us during the busy Christmas period.
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, supportive environment, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Place corporate orders and liaise with clients
Provide product advice and prepare quotations
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and delivery issues
Keep accurate customer service records
What We’re Looking For:
A people-first attitude and great communication skills
Confident using IT systems and handling multiple tasks
Positive, resilient, and eager to deliver excellent service
Flexible with working hours during the festive season (some evenings & weekends)
Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential, full training provided!
Car driver is essential!
