Technical Sales Executive – Plumbing & Heating

They are now looking to welcome a Technical Sales Executive to their team in Pershore, offering an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive business where product knowledge, customer relationships and technical understanding are key.

This role would suit someone who is technically minded, confident communicating with people and enjoys learning how products work and how they can best meet customer requirements. Whether you are a recent graduate looking to develop your career, have experience within the plumbing and heating industry, or simply have a genuine interest in technical products, full training and support will be provided to help you develop your knowledge and succeed in the role.

Responsibilities:
-Supporting customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat
-Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products
-Developing technical knowledge across all products within the business
-Assisting with product identification and fault diagnosis
-Processing customer enquiries and orders via internal systems
-Identifying sales opportunities and passing leads onto the area sales team
-Building strong working relationships with customers

Candidate Attributes:
-Prior experience working within the plumbing and heating or similar industry
-Excellent communication skills
-Logical mindset with the ability to problem solve
-Strong attention to detail
-Comfortable using IT and learning new systems
-Ambitious mindset with a desire to learn

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5pm

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience + benefits including free parking, annual bonus scheme, healthcare cash plan, life assurance, length of service awards and regular company events
