Vibrant, professional, hard-working person required to fulfil a support and coordination role for a large contract cleaning company covering areas across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire & Herefordshire, based from our office at Waterwells Business Park. The desired candidate will compliment a small office team and ideally have knowledge/ experience of Microsoft office applications and general administration tasks, will be outgoing, a natural problem solver and a confident driver.

This is a hands-on varied role combining site visits, client support, and operational coordination. A pool car is provided for any out of office visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting a small number of local contracts & provide Field Support to Mobile Staff
  • Carry out site checks & quality inspections
  • Support cleaning staff with training, guidance and problem solving
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and responding to queries
  • Assisting with scheduling Mobile staff.
  • Reporting issues and supporting continuous improvement across all contracts.

About you

  • Organised, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Confident and comfortable to undertake site visits
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Full driving licence is required

Hours possibly flexible (later start/ finish time) 35 hours per week.

Hours 9am to 4pm, some flexibility if required.

This is an office based role with daytime site visits to clients.

28 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays)
