Trainee Project Manager

Our client is recruiting for a Trainee Project Manager to join their well established and successful business on a full-time permanent basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join an energetic, fun and supportive team who continue to grow.
Working closely with senior project managers and the engineering team, the role will involve tracking project milestones, monitoring progress against schedules, supporting resource planning, and escalating risks or issues where required. The Junior Project Manager will help maintain accurate project documentation, manage communications between internal teams and clients, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

Responsibilities:
-Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects to meet agreed timelines and budgets.
-Assist in ensuring all systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with designs and spec.
-Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation, including tracking amendments, variations, and client approvals.
-Ensure all required project paperwork is completed and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
-Support compliance with company ISO9001:2015 processes and installation procedures.
-Assist in maintaining adherence to relevant industry standards
-Help coordinate health and safety requirements, including the preparation and distribution of RAMS
-Identify and escalate project risks such as labour shortages, equipment delays, or site challenges.
-Provide regular progress updates to the Operations team to support accurate forecasting and resource planning.
-Attend site meetings and client-facing appointments as required, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
-Support general team coordination and administrative activities when required.

Hours: Full Time - office and field based
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits + great working environment
