Freelance Admin Assistant
Remote / UK-based preferred
We’re looking for a reliable freelance admin assistant to support a small group of growing businesses (hospitality, floor restoration , and property-related).
This is a hands-on role for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects at pace.
Role Overview
You’ll be supporting day-to-day admin across several businesses, helping keep operations running smoothly and freeing up time for higher-value work.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Inbox and email management
- Customer communication (email + occasional phone)
- Data entry and document organisation
- Basic bookkeeping support (Xero familiarity ideal)
- Chasing payments / follow-ups
- Managing bookings / schedules
- General admin tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication (clear, professional, efficient)
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Comfortable handling multiple workstreams
- Tech-literate (Google Workspace, Excel, basic systems)
- Trustworthy and discreet
Bonus (Not Essential)
- Experience in small business / owner-managed environments
- Familiarity with hospitality or service businesses
- Social media / light marketing support
Working Arrangement
- Freelance / self-employed
- Remote (UK-based preferred)
- Flexible hours (initially ~5–10 hours per week, with scope to grow)
- £15 per hour
