They are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join their hardworking and motivated team based near Slimbridge, Gloucestershire. You will provide reliable administrative, compliance and operational support across the business whilst maintaining records and documentation and working with colleagues ensure business processes are managed effectively.

Responsibilities:
-Monitor relevant UK and EU legislations and industry requirements, identifying actions required by the business whilst keeping the Operations Manager and Managing Director updated
-Complete and maintain supplier customer compliance documents accurately and promptly
-Maintain commodity codes, export descriptions and supporting records ensuring new parts and product categories are correctly recorded
-Liaise with the company's external Health and Safety adviser coordinating agreed actions and maintaining required records
-Take responsibility for COSHH administration, including maintaining Safety Data Sheets, supporting reviews, and updating related records and risk assessments
-Prepare and collate documentation for audits, liaising with the external providers and relevant colleagues
-Provide day-to-day GDPR administration
-Support with logistics and warehouse coordination, liaising with suppliers and ensuring compliance throughout

Candidate Attributes:
-Experience in an office-based administration or business support role
-Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
-A proactive approach and willingness to learn

Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £30k per annum, depending on experience + free parking and inclusion in company social events
