Commercial Administrator
Slimbridge
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to join this local Slimbridge/Cam client on a full time, permanent basis.
This role pays a key part in keeping the company CRM system up to date with accurate information and being utilised effectively, enabling the sales and marketing teams to perform their roles efficiently. This individual will help continually improve processes and would do well for a data driven individual with the potential to progress into a wider commercially focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer, contact and opportunity data within the CRM system.
- Monitor and improve CRM data quality, integrity and user compliance.
- Support CRM enhancements, automation and workflow improvements.
- Manage the administration and governance of the sales pipeline.
- Produce regular sales, pipeline and performance reports.
- Track commercial KPIs and identify data gaps or inconsistencies.
- Assist with sales forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Prepare quotations, customer documentation and other sales administration.
- Coordinate follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
- Support customer account reviews and commercial planning activities.
- Assist with lead management and marketing campaign tracking.
- Produce reports on marketing activity and lead generation performance.
- Act as a key liaison between the sales, marketing, operations and finance teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and customer engagement.
- Provide general administrative support to help the commercial team operate efficiently.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (fully onsite) – free parking
