Full-Time Customer Service Administrator - Export Team
Location: Stonehouse, Gloucester
Hours: 08:00-17:00
Salary: £27,000 (£13ph)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent (Temp to Perm)

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to get stuck in? Our food production business is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support our busy export team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Processing client orders and ensuring accuracy
* Assisting with admin and paperwork related to EU and global shipments
* Scheduling shipments and liaising with our dispatch team
* Working closely with our planning and distribution teams
* Completing essential export documentation and supporting smooth international operations

What We're Looking For:

* A quick-thinking, proactive team player
* Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple admin tasks in a fast-paced environment
* No export experience required - full training provided on the job
