About the role
Are you a proactive and dynamic individual with a passion for communications in a fast paced and varied role.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Support Administrator on a part-time basis working 15 hours per week. The Business Development Support Administrator provides administrative communication and digital marketing support to the business development function. This is a varied busy role and plays a key part in coordinating marketing communications including social media management and email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, to strengthen brand awareness and business growth.
Tetbury Hospital is rated good by the Care Quality Commission and comprises of a well-equipped theatre and purpose-built procedure room, outpatient department, minor injuries and illness unit and X-ray department. You will be delivering exemplary administration support across the Finance Department, working with compassionate teams who are committed to our vision: Always striving to deliver clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.

Tetbury Hospital is an independent healthcare provider in the heart of the Cotswolds providing an established day surgery service to patients who choose to have their NHS or private patient care at Tetbury. The hospital is highly regarded by our visiting consulting body who provide a wide range of specialities including ophthalmology, general and gynaecological surgery.

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Experience of Social Media and Marketing including usage of the Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp and Eventbrite.
• Social Media Management experience including content creation and scheduling.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and confident communicator, proactive and self-motived and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage unpredictable patterns of work, multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
