Office Administrator
Toddington, Gloucestershire
We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team.
QCR, now in its 26th year, is a leading supplier of innovative environmental equipment in the UK, selling nationally to a broad range of sectors. Our customers are some of the best-known names in retail, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, industry and logistics.
Our busy office needs a quick learner with great all round Administration experience, and preferably a basic knowledge of Sage200 or similar accounting package.
This is a demanding role with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities which include :
- Answering incoming calls and transfer to relevant department
- Processing orders received by phone, email and web shop using Sage200 and portals, and liaise with the warehouse regarding despatches
- Checking invoices received from couriers are charged correctly, checked against POD’s
- Liaise with customer, recyclers and Area Sales Managers to co-ordinate collections
- Keep up to date records of customers insurance policies and set up invoicing where necessary

Salary: Starting salary is c £24,000 - £27,000pa depending on experience.
Hours Per Week: This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
