Must have’s

• Experience managing third-party or insurer relationships

• Strong understanding of the insurance market

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Commercial and analytical mindset

• Proven track record of delivering strong customer outcomes

• Confidence working with governance frameworks, contracts and service levels

• Experience reviewing contracts or terms of business agreements

So, what will you be doing?

• Managing and strengthening relationships with scheme insurers and partners

• Overseeing scheme profitability, performance and operational effectiveness

• Working collaboratively with partners to improve service delivery and customer outcomes

• Supporting scheme placement strategy across trading teams

• Leading service and operational improvement initiatives

• Supporting the delivery of new products and insurer capacity

• Producing analysis, reporting and recommendations on partner performance

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts and insurer terms of business
