Compliance Administrator

The Role
As Compliance Administrator, you'll support the operational team by managing compliance documentation, scheduling statutory inspections and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. You'll work closely with engineers, subcontractors and clients to keep compliance processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance records, certificates and statutory documentation.
- Schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits and compliance inspections.
- Chase engineers and subcontractors for service reports and certification.
- Upload documentation to internal systems and client portals.
- Monitor certificate expiry dates and arrange renewals where required.
- Produce compliance reports and KPI information.
- Support contract managers with compliance administration across multiple sites.
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and databases.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
About You
- Previous administration experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, Property Maintenance or a similar industry is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using CAFM systems would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with engineers, clients and suppliers.
- Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 Annual +
