Office Administrator Responsibilities
- Manage the admin mailbox
- Coordinate and maintain office documentation
- Book travel and accommodation
- Order stationery, office supplies, and PPE
- Carry out routine inspections
- Support new starter inductions
- Book CSS courses
- Act as Fire Warden
- Organise internal events
- Be tech-savvy, including creating hyperlinks tailored for different user groups
Role Details
- Salary: 27,000- 28,000 per annum
- Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Location: Bristol
