Office Administrator - Part Time

We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving family run Surveyors based within the heart of Cirencester. Due to continuous demand our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team. This role is to replace an individual who was with the business for the past 10 years.
This role will include front of house management being the face of the business along with having regular client interaction. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who enjoys variety and responsibility.
This role is a part-time contact. Based in central Cirencester. Offering 15 hours per week with the need to be across 5 days.

The ideal candidate for this Office Administrator role will hold the below:

This role will include front of house management being the face of the business along with having regular client interaction. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who enjoys variety and responsibility.
This role is a part-time contact. Based in central Cirencester. Offering 15 hours per week with the need to be across 5 days.
This Office Administrator role will include the below responsibilities:
- Answering the phone, call allocation, taking messages etc
- Monitoring the web, reception, admin, info, voicemail email addresses and passing emails over to the relevant people
- Sending enquiries/ prospective business to the relevant people
- Emailing quotes to clients (for surveys) where the surveyor does not do this directly
- Preparing terms and conditions for all aspects of the business, issuing relevant business documentation to clients, ensuring signed documents and IDs etc are returned so that business can be conducted to comply with RICS and other legislation
- Booking surveys and making appointments for other business needs
- Diary management for survey bookings
- Taking payments, issuing invoices, and chasing invoices for payment when overdue and assisting the Financial Director
- Office administration such as keeping the stationery stocks topped up, ensuring there is tea/coffee/milk etc, ensuring there is bottled water, dealing with the printer when it goes wrong, answering the doors, emptying bins, dealing with the dishwasher and taking the electricity meter readings when needed
- Dealing with IT related issues
- Holiday and sickness recording
- Printing survey documents including floor plans
The ideal candidate for this Office Administrator role will hold the below:
- Previous Office Administration exposure is essential
- Previous PA/ Office Management exposure would be advantageous
- Professional with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Calm under pressure
- Experienced managing a varied workload
- Microsoft Office proficient

Salary: £14 to £15.50 Hourly +
Hours Per Week: Part Time
