We are now looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Gloucester branch, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of healthcare professionals.
The RoleThis is a fast-paced, detail-focused position where you ll play a key role in ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready to work.
You ll support the recruitment team by managing administration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all processes meet strict compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Process candidate applications and maintain accurate records

Ensure all compliance documentation is completed and up to date

Carry out referencing, right-to-work checks, and DBS tracking

Support the onboarding process for new candidates

Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications

Keep internal systems updated with candidate information

Work closely with the recruitment team to meet branch targets

Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the process

Previous administration or recruitment support experience (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
