Position: Senior Compliance Administrator
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 Dependant on experience
Location: Aztec West BS32
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 Fully Office Based

Essential skills & experience:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Experience in project support, administration, or document control
  • Proactive, conscientious, and diligent
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Contractual awareness and commercial judgement
  • Flexible, able to manage changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident client-facing and internal communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience within the construction industry or a similar environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise daily with controls partners and customers to track project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records.
  • Support internal teams and external customers across live projects.
  • Ensure actions and documentation are recorded, followed up, and completed
  • Manage project paperwork from quote through to completion.
  • Resolve issues as they arise.
  • Build strong customer relationships - repeat business is key to our success.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

This role may evolve as the business grows, offering scope to expand responsibilities over time.
