What the role involves
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing clear updates
- Managing cases from enquiry through to completion, ensuring steady progress throughout
- Liaising with providers, advisers, and third parties to keep everything on track
- Supporting Financial Consultants with documentation, workflow, and preparation
- Maintaining accurate client records in line with FCA and data protection requirements
- Working with the Head of Client Relations to improve processes and efficiency
