The role of Teaching Assistant is vital in supporting all of our learners to allow them to grow with confidence, get support in tasks they find tricky and allow them to flourish.
We are seeking to appoint an individual who:
• is an excellent and innovative classroom assistant, committed to high standards and expectations
• is a creative and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and will work collaboratively with our team of committed and inspirational practitioners
• will support our Christian ethos
• has excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• has an eye for detail and the ability to drive the highest standards across the curriculum
• has a secure subject knowledge across the primary phase
• will model excellent literacy and maths skills
• is committed to safeguarding the children in our care
