VIP Host (Seasonal Contract)

Sudeley Castle & Gardens are looking for a VIP Host to collaborate with the Chief Executive in
planning and hosting an exclusive programme of tailored events for high-end guests, providing
an exceptional level of service at every stage

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing highvalue client accounts while developing trusted partnerships with touroperators, travel planners, and private clients
• Delivering bespoke experiences from initial planning through to ontheday coordination, guest hosting, postevent wrapup, and everything in between
• Working closely with Sudeley’s internal teams such as; Marketing, Guides, Catering, Administration, Housekeeping and Private Household teams, with clear communication at the heart of these relationships
• Consistently maintaining Sudeley’s reputation and brand through professional conduct, exceptional guest care, and attention to detail in every interaction
• Being mindful of environmental considerations and health and safety when planning events and managing any potential obstructions

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of coordinating luxury events with regards to travel and tourism within heritage venues
• A proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and VIP guests with exceptional customer service skills
• The ability to work in a handson, solutionsfocused way whilst being able to support on the ground
• A keen eye for detail, excellent organisation, and a consistently presentable, professional manner
• The ability in multitasking and managing multiple priorities while staying resilient
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and reliability

Please note, this role is offered on a seasonal contract, requiring the successful candidate to
complete 300 hours between March and November 2026.
