Must have’s

• Aged 18 or over
• Strong customer service skills
• Confidence handling cash and completing end-of-day cashing up
• Willingness to attend mandatory training dates
• Flexibility to move between work areas as required
• A positive, enthusiastic approach

So, what will you be doing?

• Taking bets from customers using handheld betting tablets (training provided)
• Working from fixed service points or engaging customers directly in hospitality areas
• Paying out winnings to customers with valid tickets
• Delivering excellent customer service to racegoers
• Explaining different bet types to customers when required
• Completing accurate cash handling and reconciliation at the end of each day

Availability to attend mandatory paid training on:

• 11 February or 12 February 2026
