We are searching for successful recruiters that have a ‘desire’ to earn more money and take their career to the next level within their chosen field of expertise.

The Role
- Full 360 position covering the full recruitment process
- Build a strong network of candidates within your industry sector
- Conduct in depth client briefings to understand company recruitment needs and culture
- Source, advertise, and recruit top talent
- Build strong client relationships
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Generate new business
- Drive consistent sales activity (calls and meetings)
The Candidate
- Proven success as a temps consultant
- Successful track record of consistent annual billings
- Motivated, ambitious, and career-focused
- Excellent communication, grammar, and numerical skills
- Confident, persuasive, and relationship-oriented
- Resilient with a “can-do” attitude
- Own transport required
