Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £13.69 £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

TeacherActive is working in partnership with a well-established nursery in the BS15 area of Bristol, currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

The nursery supports children aged 0 5 years, offering a warm, inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. They are looking for someone with a genuine love for early education and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

This is a long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

• At least 6 months of experience in a nursery or early years setting

• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

• A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A stable, long-term role with opportunities for progression

• Competitive hourly pay: £13.69 £14.50 (PAYE no umbrella fees)
