Gloucestershire Constabulary are seeking to recruit a Performance Analyst to work as part of our Performance Team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their analytical skills with a passion for Policing and enthusiasm to make a difference in order to keep people safe from harm.
We use SAS to extract data to analyse, report and present findings to aid strategic and tactical decision making across the Force. We’re encouraged to think differently in a challenging and changing environment to develop new systems and processes to disseminate data in an innovative manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your skills and knowledge and build and create interactive dashboards. This role will suit someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and an ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
