The Role
- As Junior Stylist at Superdry, you’ll be part of the Brand Agency, supporting the styling team in delivering elevated, contemporary content across ecommerce, digital, campaign and wholesale channels.Reporting into the Senior Stylist, you’ll play a hands-on role in styling ecommerce shoots, preparing product for set, supporting shoot organisation and helping to keep the styling workflow running smoothly. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong eye for fashion, great attention to detail and a desire to develop their styling skills within a fast-paced in-house creative team.You’ll support the Senior Stylist in bringing Superdry’s seasonal product stories to life, making sure every look is considered, brand-appropriate and styled with consistency across our visual content.This role is on-site in Cheltenham, working 8:00 am - 6:00 pm across four days per week. Due to the nature of the work, hybrid working is not available.
You Will
- Style model and still-life ecommerce shoots, ensuring product is presented in a contemporary, consistent and brand-appropriate way.
- Style and prepare looks for AI-generated ecommerce imagery, ensuring outfits, product combinations, fit, styling details and visual references are clear, brand-appropriate and ready to be translated into consistent digital outputs.
- Support the Senior Stylist with AI campaign, digital, B2B, B2C and brand marketing styling where required.
- Prepare garments for shoots, including organising, steaming, dressing and ensuring product is shoot-ready.
- Assist with styling looks on set, making adjustments to fit, shape, layering and overall finish.
- Support the Senior Stylist with seasonal styling direction, ecommerce styling guidelines and approved ways of styling key product categories.
- Help organise style-out sessions, preparing product rails, creating outfit options and supporting the selection of final looks.
- Work closely with Creative, Photography, Film, Retouch, HMU, CST and Product teams to support a smooth studio workflow.
- Order, track and manage samples for ecommerce and creative shoots, ensuring product is available when needed.
- Support the movement of product through the studio, helping to maintain accuracy, quality and consistency at each stage.
- Create and maintain line-lists, styling notes and post-shoot documentation by season.
- Keep styling areas, rails, accessories and shoot preparation spaces organised and efficient.
- Check product details before and during shoots, helping to identify styling, fit or quality issues.
- Support with retouch notes where needed, helping to ensure final imagery reflects the intended styling and product detail.
- Champion Superdry’s brand guidelines through every styling choice, while learning how seasonal trends and product stories inform the final look.
- Stay inspired by fashion trends, street style, social media, competitor activity and wider culture.
- Proactively support the team with a high-volume workload, helping to prepare for shoots on tight timelines.
- Bring energy, care and attention to detail to every shoot, helping the team deliver creative work to a high standard.
You Are
- An emerging fashion stylist with experience in ecommerce, studio, editorial, assistant styling or a similar creative environment.
- Hands-on and confident supporting shoots, with an understanding of how garments should be prepared, styled and adjusted on set.
- Passionate about fashion, product and visual storytelling, with a strong eye for detail.
- Highly organised and comfortable supporting both creative and administrative parts of the styling process.
- Able to manage samples, rails, line-lists and shoot preparation with accuracy and care.
- Eager to learn from senior team members and develop your understanding of styling for ecommerce, campaign and brand content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, positive and proactive, with a willingness to get stuck in and support wherever needed.
- Curious about trends, styling references, consumer behaviour and how these influence the Superdry customer.
- Able to follow brand guidelines while bringing your own sense of style, taste and creative awareness.
