We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Make Up Artistry to join our team in Gloucester on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an industry-experienced professional who enjoys inspiring learners and sharing their expertise in both creative and academic environments.
Role Overview
The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 Make Up Artistry qualifications. This will include a balance of hands-on practical workshops and theory-based classroom sessions, ensuring learners develop both technical skills and underpinning knowledge. You will also play a key role in tracking and supporting learner progress to help students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons in Make Up Artistry
- Teach Level 2 and Level 3 learners in line with awarding body requirements
- Demonstrate professional make-up techniques and industry best practice
- Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Make Up qualification
- Strong practical skills and current industry knowledge
- Ability to engage and motivate learners at different levels
