Roofer

D Taylor Roofing Ltd is a small, family run business which covers Gloucester and the surrounding areas.

We’re currently looking for an experienced full time roofer to join our team.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Install, repair, or replace roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, rubber and GRP
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- Experience of roofing
- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's licence and/or own transportation
